Joshua D. Light joined Smith, Stohlman, James & Gardere, P.A. in November 2025. He specializes in business valuations of privately held entities for litigation support, gift and estate tax planning, marital dissolution matters, shareholderdisputes, and valuation-based strategic planning.

Prior to joining SSJG, Joshua served as a Financial Compliance Specialist with the SouthFlorida Behavioral Health Network, where he conducted financial and compliance reviews, analyzed budgets, and monitored funding compliance for behavioralhealth providers. He also held accounting and bookkeeping roles, where he gained experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations.

Joshua earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration inFinance from Florida Atlantic University in May 2025. He is currently studying for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program and is preparing to sit for the CFA Level I examination.
