Keith Gardere is a Shareholder at Smith, Stohlman, James & Gardere, P.A. and specializes in business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation support, and high-net-worth marital dissolution matters. He has extensive experience in fraud examination, economic damage analysis, and complex financial disputes, and has testified as an expert witness in Florida courts.

In addition to his litigation and valuation work, Keith has experience preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, and corporations, as well as performing assurance services including audits, reviews, and compilations.


Keith earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) through the AICPA.
