Varaluck Colia, Litigation Services

Varaluck Colia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Florida with a concentration in Finance & Economics in 2002. In addition, she graduated from Florida Atlantic University with Bachelor of Accounting in 2007. Varaluck was a member of the Smith, Stohlman, James & Gardere, P.A. team from 2002 to 2008, working in the litigation services department.

In 2008, Varaluck left Smith, Stohlman, James & Gardere, P.A. to shift her focus to growing her family and business. She resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband and two children.

In 2022, Varaluck rejoined the Smith, Stohlman, James & Gardere, P.A. team after 14 years in litigation services. She serves as a valued member of the firm and plays an instrumental role in litigation matters.

Varaluck also maintains an ongoing sponsorship with Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach County, a non-profit organization who is at the forefront of the fight to cure cancer. They are the largest funder of cutting-edge research to advance cures for Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s Disease, and Myeloma. Her efforts contribute to LLS’s mission to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
